MRC Construction Company, Inc. is a company
that is built on a foundation filled with four generations
of experience. President Roger Hack started the company
back in 1977 by adding his quality craftsmanship to custom
homes by framing houses. Just as he framed houses from the
ground up, he has "framed" his company the same
way. Over time Roger and MRC Construction Co., Inc. have
both became well respected names in the industry. Having
this respect, he has been "living on the edge"
by trying new things to attract residents to his custom
homes. In 1993, Roger installed one of Oldham County's first
geothermal heating and cooling systems. Then in 1998 Roger
paired up with a partner to build one of Louisville's first
insulated concrete formed (ICF) homes. This ICF home was
displayed in one of his 7 apperances in the Home Builders
Association of Louisville's Homearama
